Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fifth Effect, LLC, operating as Aloftly Analytics ("Aloftly," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit aloftly.com, join our waitlist, or, once available, use the Aloftly application (together, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Waitlist information. When you join the waitlist we collect the information you submit: your email address, store or agency URL, company role, revenue range, and anything you write about your CRO goals.
Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with pages, through the analytics tools described in Section 4.
Product data (when the app launches). If you create an account and connect integrations (such as Shopify, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Intelligems, KnoCommerce, Gorgias, or Judge.me), we process the data those tools return, including store metrics, analytics events, behavioral data, survey responses, support and review content, to provide the Service.
2. How We Use Information
- to operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to send waitlist updates, beta invitations, and launch announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- to understand who is interested in Aloftly and prioritize integrations and features;
- to generate the dashboards, insights, and recommendations the Service exists to provide;
- to protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Connected Integration Data
Integration connections are authorized by you via OAuth or API keys and can be revoked at any time. We request the minimum scopes needed, use integration data solely to provide the Service to you, and never sell it or use it to build advertising profiles. Credentials are stored encrypted.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site (including heatmaps and session replays). These tools set cookies and collect usage data under their own privacy policies. You can limit cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics via Google's opt-out browser add-on. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Service, including hosting, form processing (our waitlist form is provided by Formaloo), email delivery, and analytics, under obligations to protect it;
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service;
- A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
6. Data Retention
We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist program ends. Product data is retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, except where longer retention is required by law.
7. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us at the address in Section 12. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
9. International Transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you access the Service from another region, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date; for material changes we will provide additional notice, such as email to waitlist members.
12. Contact Us
Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
